We are honored to be your choice for excellent service that caters to your needs. Your tax return can be prepared more accurately and in a shorter period of time if all the information is provided at one time. Be kind to your tax preparer and open all envelopes.
Being organized can help both you and your tax preparer.
DROP OFF
We are asking clients to “drop off” income tax documents instead of scheduling in person appointments. We can then discuss any questions and review your tax return by phone or through email.
No appointment is needed to drop off your documents, you may...
- place them in the secure drop box outside the entrance of either location
- by requesting a secure email link to upload
- send them by fax or
- by leaving documents with our staff at the office
Once we have received your information we will contact you with any questions by either phone or email. Please let us know your current contact information and the best times to reach you. If you would prefer a set time for your phone appointment please let us know when you drop off your tax documents and we will contact you to schedule a time. Your tax forms must be received before we can schedule a phone appointment.
PICK UP
We will contact you either by phone or email to discuss your tax return. Before we can submit your return electronically you must sign the IRS signature authorization form, Form 8879. There may also be a state signature authorization form as well, depending on which state tax return you will file. You can sign these forms in person at our office or we can send them electronically through secure email. All of your original tax documents will be returned to you along with a paper copy of your tax return. If you would like a pdf copy please let us know and one can be provided through secure email.
